The Miller's Tie the Knot

We recently traveled to Hilton Head to witness the nuptials of Joel and JoLynn. We had a wonderful time!
What a handsome group of young men! All three are officially off the market.

Jamie and Shelly helped us celebrate.
Three weddings in four weeks brings back a spark in a 3 1/2 year marriage.

Harper and Her 1st Piggy Bank

Thank you Ricky, Julie, Kevin, and Christopher for Harper's 1st piggy bank.
She seems to love it. It's good that she start practicing now on her money saving skills!

This is Harper pretending to be a pig. She has several new funny faces. Stay tuned....

Go Skyhawks!

Football season is just around the corner. Harper is already warming up on showing her school spirit. I'm sure she will cheer the Skyhawks on to many victories this year. GO DADDY!

Evel Knievel

Anything wrong with this picture?
Harper loves her Dora ATV. However, she would rather perform stunts on it than ride it. Oh, she's very capable of operating it correctly. She took off like a pro the first night she got it. I guess it's just more fun for her to run it into the couch and burn the wheels on the carpet or stand up on the seat and balance or put both feet on the handle bars while riding it across the living room.
In the above picture, Harper is showing us that she can drive and talk on her cell phone at the same time.
Or, in these two pictures she's demonstrating her multitasking, risk taking skills.

Excessive Cell Phone Usage

Harper has a new, very comfortable chair that no one else is allowed to sit in. We are working on the concept of sharing.
One of Harper's favorite toys is a cell phone. Not just any cell phone will do....she knows the difference between a toy cell phone and the real thing. Needless to say, she will only play with the real thing.
She also loves the TV remote. It's been played with so much that it now requires a ponytail holder to keep it together. She enjoys anything technical. Mamaw and Papaw have to keep their laptops hidden.
Harper's dad was generous enough to allow Harper and me to come "home" three weeks before he could. So, every time a cell phone rings Harper starts shouting, "Da Da!!"
I think in this picture she was using ESP to get her daddy to call.

Harper Plays Dress Up

Thanks to Aunt Paula, Harper has some new dress up clothes. As hard and rough as Harper can play, she does love her clothes.

Harper and Sophie

Harper has a new cousin!! Welcome Miss Sophie Jane! Harper gave her a kiss and then licked her forehead:) Thanks Aunt Abby and Nana for the pictures.
Wow! It seems like forever since Harper was Sophie's size.
You did good Aunt Traci and Uncle Chuck! She's beautiful. Harper is trying to steal Sophie's car seat. I don't think she fits in an infant carrier anymore.
